The Kate is perfect for year round warmth and function. This adjustable drawstring parka is crafted from a cotton twill that has been treated with three layers of polyurethane resins, making the garment wind resistant, water repellent, and easy to care for. The fabric has been tumbled to accentuate a distressed feel, and is intended to break in with wear. The Kate shell is insulated with 3MThinsulate padding to ensure warmth without adding any bulk, and it features a detachable shearling collar, a roll-out hood that zips out from the jacket collar, 4 cargo pockets, center front zip and snap placket closure, a hidden adjustable drawstring waist, and adjustable drawstring hem.
